leapyguide.com-Liverpool performed superbly in the third week of the Premier League 2017/18 after beating Arsenal at Anfield on Sunday (28/8). They won a landslide victory four goals without reply to Arsene Wenger's troops. Trio Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah performed brilliantly with each scoring one goal, while the other goal was scored by Daniel Sturridge.




Game Details:
Liverpool managed to open the scoring through Brazilian striker Roberto Firmino. Attacker numbered back nine can take advantage of a cross from Joe Gomez in the 17th minute. Liverpool 1-0 Arsenal.

Liverpool dominated the game in the first half and went ahead to convince two goals without reply through Firmino and Mane goals.




 Arsenal again, unable to stem the pace of Liverpool players. Through a counterattack situation, the Liverpool scored their third goal through Mohamed Salah. He managed to steal the ball from Hector Bellerin and ran himself up against Petr Cech. Salah didn't make a mistake  this time and make Liverpool leading 3 - 0 over Arsenal.

Liverpool again added advantage through counter-attack scheme. This time, substitute Daniel Sturridge scored his name on the scoreboard in the 77th minute after receiving a cross from Mohamed Salah. Liverpool 4-0 Arsenal.
